Coaches do more than simply provide a workout; they keep you accountable to your workouts, ensure you have proper and safe training form during your workout, help you push through plateaus, and help you try new exercises you may have not tried before!
All of these aspects are important in order to reach your goals and stay consistent even beyond your time with the coach.

Coaches use their knowledge and experience to help you reach your fitness goals in the most safe and effective manner. Through years of experience working out alone and with clients, as well as their formal education, they utilize their skills and knowledge to help you in every aspect of your fitness journey.
When you first begin your program with a coach, their job is to asses your starting point, and as training commences your coach will check in on your progress every couple of weeks.

If you choose to work with one of our In-Home training coaches, you don’t need to own or purchase any equipment! We do, however, recommend proper workout attire and access to water or other hydration drinks.
If you’ve chosen to work with one of our Online training coaches, you will either need to have access to home equipment, a gym membership, or other equipment depending on your goals.

Most clients looking to start their fitness journey should start with 2 to 3 weekly training sessions. For clients with muscle building goals, these sessions will prioritize resistance training, whereas general health and weight loss clients will see a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training. We usually recommend our clients to do a few shorter cardiovascular workouts on their own time to maintain their heart health and aid in additional weight loss.

We recommend at least a 10 ft x 10 ft cleared area for In-Home sessions. This will provide plenty of room for a single client to safely exercise. However, more space allows your coach more exercise variety, especially for higher intensity training.
If you’re looking to workout as a duo, or even a trio, we recommend 15 ft x 15 ft or 20 ft x 20 ft for high intensity workouts.

Most clients will see visible results within 8 to 12 weeks. However, the results vary depending on your goals. More importantly, you will start to feel the results of training within only a week or two a your body begins to adapt to the new lifestyle.

Every client is different, and depending on your age, health history, and training history, your physician may need to adjust medication, run tests, or do a pre-training physical to ensure you’re cleared to start an exercise program.
Certain illnesses and conditions can require adjustments in your training, and having a pre-approved clearance from your physician allows us to conduct our training based on your needs and capabilities.

Fitness coaches are not allowed to instruct clients on what to eat or prepare specific diet plans, these tasks belong to a registered and approved dietician or nutritionist. We do, however, support with guidance on how to think about the food you ingest, how to track your food intake, and what kind of caloric surplus or deficit you should be thinking about given your individual fitness goals.
